At Chalk Active, we stand by the quality of our gear; if your equipment doesn't help you reach your peak performance, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original packaging and show no signs of heavy athletic wear.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in its original box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned gear for quality assurance and process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
